Ground Tactical Communications Software (GTCS) Server

The GTCS Server provides reliable message delivery through Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN). The GTCS Server is the host-resident portion of the communications profile, and runs on Microsoft work stations. The GTCS Server Computer Software Component (CSC) provides message transmission/reception for different environments. Communication via a LAN uses User Datagram Protocol (UDP)/Internet Protocol (IP) and Transport Connection Protocol (TCP) in accordance with (Military Standard) MIL-STD-2045-47001C specification. It is resided in the Battle Command Control Stack (BCCS) to support tactical messaging integration with MS Exchange Server. The GTCS Server is a US Army contractor development effort. The project sponsor is the Project Manager, Battle Command (PM BC) at the US Army Communications-Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, NJ. Windows 2003 Server

GTCS-Client-FCS-EX for Army Golden Master (AGM)

This version of GTCS software was developed to support PEO-C3T Future Combat System (FCS) excursion program This special build of the GTCS software includes all capabilities of the GTCS Client software with the addition of providing the capability to transmit large messages using multicast group Unit Reference Numbers (URN).

Ground Tactical Communications Software (GTCS) Graphical User Interface

SAOIP Server Service Component

The SAOIP Server Software Component (CSC) provides the software application resides in the Server machine to register for the interested SA messages from its connected SA multicast network. The followings are SA messages currently supported by this SAOIP Server service provider: Position Report Observation Report Heartbeat Entity Data System Coordination Net Monitor When a SA message identified above arrives, the SAOIP server will forward it to the requested clients.
